Registration and $50 deposit due 10/5

Total Cost $100 (includes material, t-shirt, activities, Friday & Saturday lunch and dinner)

Final Balance due by 10/30

• Friday:  Check in at 10:00AM  |  Parents Pick up at 9:00PM  

• Saturday:  Check in at 10:00AM

•                 Depart for TopGolf Jacksonville at 10:30AM(lunch at Topgolf)
•                 Depart for Flight Adventure Park at 1:00PM
•                 Return to North Jax at 2:30PM
•                 Parents Pick up at 7:30PM

·         All sessions and other activities will be on church premises

* You must have a current North Jax Baptist Medical Waiver form on file in order to participate in this event.  If you have not submitted one for 2022, please complete the form attached to your confirmation email.  Your $50 deposit and form is due no later than, October 2.
