Students will eat lunch, then depart for the game.  ETA to return to North Jax for parents to pick up is 6pm.   Please turn in your NJBC medical information form right away to attend.  You can pay $10 cash only to your small group leader, or drop the cash payment in the black box located in the Student Bistro.  If you have any questions, please call the church office.  

* You must have a current NorthJax Baptist Medical form on file in order to transport your child for this event.  If you have not submitted one for 2024, please complete the form attached to your confirmation email.
