$50 non-refundable deposit due by March 30

Total Cost:  $350 per student

• Multiple sibling discount available:  1st child registered $300 - any further children registered will be $250 each

• 7/18 Monday check-in at 12:30PM (eat lunch prior)
• 7/22 Friday ETA back at North Jax before 12:00PM

* You must have a current North Jax Baptist Medical Waiver form on file in order to participate in this event.  If you have not submitted one for 2022, please complete the form attached to your confirmation email.  Be sure to complete the entire section for Insurance information and have two witness signatures at the bottom of the form.
